REPRESENTING DAVID VS. GOLIATH

Everyone has heard the story of David vs. Goliath. The NINE FOOT TALL giant against the young and inexperienced underdog. For 13 years I lived this story. I was an insurance defense attorney who defended the world's largest insurance companies and the world's largest manufacturing companies in legal matters involving personal injury. I worked for two of the largest insurance defense firms in the entire state of Oklahoma.

Defending these companies, I appeared in State Courts through out Oklahoma, all three of the Oklahoma Federal District Courts, and before the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Courts.

I have personally completed hundreds and hundreds of trials. I have also completed hundreds and hundreds of depositions and expert depositions, and attended pre-hearing conferences of all types.

Carrying Goliath's armor became a heavy burden. Technology was making the practice of law more impersonal while defending the world's largest insurance companies. I decided to take what I had learned from defending Goliath and to represent the "David's" of the world (the defenseless, the inexperienced, and the injured underdogs.)
